I totally agree and it's amazing how these everyday details can enrich our lives if we stop to appreciate them.
Do you remember a time when you were physically present, but your mind wandered away?
Often, we are so immersed in our thoughts that we overlook the reality around us.
Any funny or revealing anecdotes about it?
Oh, yes! We've all been there. I remember one time I finished eating and didn't even remember enjoying my steak! And I even asked my partner, did you eat it? Amazed, he answered, of course not, .... The mind can be a curious distraction.
How would you feel about including the practice of living in the now and being present in your daily routine?

It sounds like a beautiful way to live more consciously and appreciate all that life has to offer.
Do you have a daily routine that you can consciously introduce being present into?
Whether it's showering, eating, or taking a walk, there are specific times when you could focus more on the present.
We can incorporate mindfulness into eating breakfast and appreciating every bite. Also, during walks, pay more attention to the sounds of nature, smells, sensations in our body.
While we read or write we are also practicing mindfulness, which is why it is so advisable to write a journal every day with our thoughts, emotions, worries, describing what is happening to us and what we want to happen to us, it is a wonderful and very liberating practice.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start practicing mindfulness in their daily life?
