About Ana Alves Sequeira
True transformation began when I stopped trying to be stronger and started listening to myself.
For many years, from the outside, everything looked fine.
I had a stable career, a structured life, and the ability to keep going even through difficult moments.
Like many women, I learned to be strong, responsible, and capable… often at the expense of myself.
Inside, however, the experience was very different.
I lived in a constant state of self-demand, emotional exhaustion, and disconnection. It felt like something in me had slowly been fading, even though I couldn’t quite name what it was.
Until my body began to speak more clearly than my mind.
And then I understood something that changed everything: many women are not broken… they have simply been holding too much for too long.

My Story
I share it not because it defines me, but because when someone has truly walked the path, they support others in a completely
different way.
"I didn't find this work in a classroom. I found it at the end of a very long search — when I finally stopped pushing through and started listening inward."
I learned resilience early.
I lost my father when I was 13, my mother when I was 19, and I became a mother at just 18.
I learned what it means to hold yourself together, to keep going, and to adapt to life without much space for grief.

01
02
Entonces mi cuerpo me pidió parar.
06
Creo profundamente en tu capacidad de transformarte.
He recorrido ese camino. He sanado. He transformado mi vida.
Y hoy pongo todo lo que he aprendido al servicio de otras mujeres para que ellas también puedan hacerlo.

What I do today
Today I support women who are in a very similar place to the one I once experienced: exhausted, disconnected from themselves, and feeling like they have lost clarity about who they are at this stage of life.
Many arrive feeling drained. Not only physically, but also emotionally. They have carried work, family, and responsibilities for so long that they can barely remember what it feels like to live from a place of calm.
Especially in midlife, when physical and emotional changes intensify what has been silent for years, many women begin to ask themselves:
“What is happening to me?”
My work is to help them understand that they are not lacking strength or capability.
Often, what is happening is that they have been living in survival mode for too long.
And when the nervous system finds the safety it needs to stop surviving, the real process of returning to oneself begins.

How I Work
My approach combines Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), subconscious work, nervous system regulation, and my Dragonfly Method of the 4 Bodies, addressing transformation from a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic perspective.
Not because I believe in a miracle technique.
I don’t work only with symptoms, but by finding the root cause of the issue.
Each process is unique, because every woman has a different story, a different nervous system, and a different way of learning how to survive.
The goal is not to push you to change faster.
It is to help you feel internally safe enough for change to become sustainable.
Each woman also needs an approach that respects her story, her pace, and her needs.
My intention is not for you to depend on me.
It is to help you trust yourself again.
What this experience taught me
My story has never truly been
about me.
It has been about learning to understand what I now see in many of the women I work with.
Many have spent years living on autopilot.
The body, anxiety, exhaustion, or a sense of emptiness do not appear to punish us.
They are often an invitation to pause and listen to what we have been ignoring for too long.
And often, the body begins to speak when we have been disconnected from ourselves for too long.
Not as a failure.
Not as a problem.
But as a way of asking us to come back into listening.
When we stop fighting what we feel and begin to understand it, something profound shifts.
And from there, true transformation begins.
My philosophy
My work is not about “fixing you”, but about helping you understand what your mind, your body, and your emotions have been trying to tell you for a long time.
I believe that the mind, when given the right conditions, is one of the most powerful tools for creating deep and lasting change.
When we learn to listen to the connection between mind, body, emotions, and the nervous system, we stop fighting symptoms and begin to understand their origin.
This is where transformation stops being a theory and starts becoming a real experience.
I have lived it.
My clients have lived it too.
And I believe you can experience it as well.
Your mind is listening 24 hours a day. The question is: what message has it been receiving for far too long?
What I know to be true today
Everything I lived became
the foundation of this work.
🧠
The mind and body are deeply connected
Years of emotional pain, loss, chronic stress and unexpressed emotions taught me through my own experience — just how profoundly our inner world shapes our physical wellbeing.
Our bodies often express what we have been carrying silently for far too long.
🌿
Symptoms always have a story behind them
My health challenges did not happen by chance.
They reflected emotional patterns, beliefs and experiences that had remained unresolved for years.
Understanding where those symptoms came from completely changed the way I understand health, healing and lasting transformation.
💛
Self-worth shapes
everything
Losing both my parents at a young age, taking on responsibility too early and spending years caring for others deeply influenced the way I saw myself.
Over time, I realised that healing self-worth changes how we relate to our body, our choices, our relationships and ultimately the way we experience life.
. When self-worth heals, everything else begins to shift naturally.
🌊
Resilience is not about pushing harder
I thought resilience meant continuing no matter what.
Today I know that true resilience begins when we allow ourselves to slow down, listen and offer ourselves the same compassion we so easily give to everyone else.
That shift became one of the greatest turning points of my life.
⚡
Safety in the nervous system comes first
Lasting transformation cannot happen in a constant state of stress or survival.
Through my own healing and my work with many women, I learned that nervous system safety is the foundation of deep, sustainable change.
✨
Midlife can become a new beginning
Perimenopause and menopause often bring long-hidden emotional patterns to the surface.
It is not the beginning of decline.
It can become an invitation to finally come home to yourself.
How I like to support women
It is not about someone telling you what to do.
It is about a place where you can finally put everything down.
A place where nothing needs to be proven.
Where you can be heard, understood, and begin to see what is really behind what you are experiencing.
When I work with a woman, my focus is not speed.
It is safety, calm and reconnection.
I do not work from the idea that you are broken.
I work from the understanding that you have adapted for too long without enough space for yourself.
Because when a woman stops fighting herself, she slowly begins to feel at home within herself again.

The version of you that feels calm, clear and connected to yourself is still there.
You haven’t lost her.
Ready to feel like yourself again?
If my story resonates with you, I would love to connect.
You can book a free, no-pressure 30-minute call where we gently explore where you are right now and whether this work feels supportive for you.
You’ll leave with more clarity either way.

Why Libélula?
The dragonfly has always been my symbol.

Beyond that, the dragonfly carries a symbolism that reflects both my work and my own journey.
It appears as a reminder that change is always possible — that lightness, joy, and a new way of seeing can replace what once felt fixed and unchangeable.
It represents wisdom, transformation, adaptability, and the ability to look beyond the surface to what is really going on underneath.
That is exactly what I support women in doing.
Not becoming someone different — but returning to who they truly are, beneath the weight of everything they have been carrying for far too long.
A few things I love
Because who I am outside the therapy room
shapes everything inside it.
The things that restore me are the same things I encourage in my clients — nature, presence, movement, beauty, joy.
